Check the information provided during checkout carefully, particularly your shipping address.
Preparation
The order is reviewed and prepared for fulfillment.
This stage generally takes 1–3 business days.
Dispatch
Once the parcel leaves the relevant fulfillment facility, it enters the shipping network.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
In Transit
Your parcel may travel through several logistics facilities before reaching your local delivery network.
Not every movement necessarily generates a visible tracking update.
Local Delivery
The shipment is transferred through the appropriate local delivery network for final delivery to the address supplied with your order.
After Delivery
Once your Whiteburrow bedding arrives, inspect the package and products.
If something is materially damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
